Thank you for visiting my Bristol Therapy website.
I am a fully qualified, UKCP registered and accredited therapist, who provides relational therapy in a safe, confidential and professional environment in Bristol. I have been practising as a psychotherapist in Bristol since 2014 after having trained in Gestalt therapy.
My approach focuses on helping you to explore yourself and your relational patterns, alongside building a mind and body awareness to help bring more balance and understanding to your emotional life.
Life tends to bring us difficulties and challenges that can be tough to face alone. You might be struggling with depression, confidence, low self-esteem, anxiety, social anxiety, problems at work, relationship issues or you might simply want to have a better understanding of who you are. There might be a specific issue for which you are looking for clarity and resolution in the short-term, or there could be more continual and familiar difficulties that require a longer-term view.

Both Counselling and Psychotherapy are ways of looking at and resolving the many issues and difficulties that arise as part of being human and living in this world. I also provide a supportive, private and warm space for counselling in Bristol to help you to explore the challenges you are facing.
I practice psychotherapy in Bristol from my garden studio in St. Werbergs, which is close to the end of the M32, and occasionally in the practice rooms in Stokes Croft.
The first step is to contact me by email to arrange an initial consultation. This is an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have and for us to see how it might be to work together. All enquiries are treated with the strictest confidence and I will endeavour to reply within 48 hours.
